Changes to Chiltern Railways train times on Wednesday 3rd September 2014

Due to the England v Norway football match at Wembley Stadium (kick off 8.00pm) on Wednesday 3rd September 2014 Chiltern Railways have made some changes to their train service.

The changes to scheduled services will allow Chiltern Railways to provide extra capacity to Wembley as efficiently as possible whilst ensuring that there is minimal disruption to thier regular passengers. The changes are as follows :

• 16.54 Marylebone to Aylesbury will terminate at Princes Risborough, with a connection to Aylesbury (departing Princes Risborough at 17.54).
• 17.27 Marylebone to West Ruislip extended to Gerrards Cross, Beaconsfield and High Wycombe.
• 17.36 Marylebone to High Wycombe will not run.
• 18.29 Marylebone to West Ruislip extended to Gerrards Cross, Beaconsfield and High Wycombe.
• 18.36 Marylebone to High Wycombe will not run.
The following evening trains with fewer or different carriages are planned :
• 16.18 Marylebone to Birmingham Snow Hill will be formed of 3 coaches instead of 4.
• 16.42 Marylebone to Aylesbury Vale Parkway will be still 3 coaches but be formed of a train with fewer seats per carriage.
• 17.30 Marylebone to Aylesbury Vale Parkway will be formed of 2 coaches instead of 3.
• 17.47 Marylebone to Birmingham Snow Hill will be formed of 6 coaches instead of 7.
• 18.11 Marylebone to Aylesbury will be formed of 4 coaches instead of 5.
• 18.50 Marylebone to Bicester North will still be formed of 4 coaches but be formed of a train with fewer seats per carriage.
• 18.59 Marylebone to Aylesbury Vale Parkway will be formed of 4 coaches instead of 3 coaches.
