Boy, 11, robbed in Wycombe High Street

An 11 year old boy was walking in High Street at about 4.15pm on Wednesday 21st October 2015. When the boy reached The Hobgoblin pub he was grabbed from behind by an offender.

The victim fell to the ground, at which point the offender grabbed the victim’s rucksack and ran down the alleyway adjacent to The Hobgoblin pub (pictured above) and then towards the car park of the Wycombe Swan Theatre.

The offender is described as white with short brown hair which was parted to one side. He was wearing a black hooded top, blue jogging bottoms and green trainers.

The victim’s rucksack is back and contained a black jacket and a school planner. The victim sustained hand injuries but did not require hospital treatment.

Case Investigator, Sandra Faux of Local CID based at High Wycombe police station, said: ‘This was a frightening experience for the young victim and I would therefore urge anyone with any information to search their conscience and contact police immediately.
