Three injured in collision on M40

During the late evening of Monday 28th March 2016 a collision involving three vehicles occurred on the Northbound carriageway of the M40 between Junction 4 (Handy Cross) and Junction 5 (Stokenchurch).

Firefighters were called at 9.54pm. Two fire appliances with crews attended from High Wycombe fire station as well as one from Amersham fire station.

Three injured adults managed to escape from the vehicles in which they were travelling before the firefighters arrived at the scene.

The firefighters assisted the ambulance service.
