Man pushed off his bike during robbery in Aylesbury

A man was pushed off a bicycle during a robbery in Aylesbury on Wednesday 30th October 2019.

At around 10.00pm, a 23 year old man was cycling through St Mary’s Church yard on St Mary’s Square in Aylesbury on black and blue ‘Rockrider’ mountain bike. However the 23 year old man was pushed off his bike by another man who proceeded to pick up the bike belonging to the 23 year old man and cycled off.

The man who carried our the robbery is described as a white man, aged in his early thirties and slim. He had stubble and was wearing a long dark coat.

The mountain bicycle has since been recovered.

Investigating officer, Detective Constable Thomas Booth, based at Aylesbury police station, said: ‘I am appealing for anyone who may have seen this incident to please come forward.
