Woman sexually assaulted in High Wycombe

A woman was the victim of a sexual assault in High Wycombe on Saturday 8th February 2020.

The woman, aged in her twenties, was walking in the area of Pinions Road and London Road between 4.00am and 5.00am when she was sexually assaulted.

Officers from Thames Valley Police are giving the victim specialist help and support.

Investigating officer Detective Sergeant Ami Chapple of Force CID in High Wycombe, said: ‘This investigation is at a very early stage and we are currently trying to gather as much information as possible.

We understand this will be a concern in the community, we will be carrying out enquiries and forensic investigations as part of this investigation.

If you have any concerns, feel free to talk to the officers in the area.

We would ask the local community to check their personal CCTV and dash-cam footage to see if there is anything which could assist us.
