Police appeal for witnesses following incident of arson in Chesham

An arson attack in Chesham on Saturday 14th March 2020 has resulted in an appeal for witnesses by Thames Valley Police.

Between 5.00pm and 5.30pm two men set the front garden and some trees on fire at a property in Nashleigh Hill, Chesham. No-one was injured during the arson attack.

The first offender is described as a male wearing a grey tracksuit while the second offender is described as a male wearing a black tracksuit. Both men are thought to be aged between 12 and 17 years old.

Investigating officer PC Sarah Lansley based at Amersham police station, said: ‘Thankfully no-one was hurt in this incident which is being treated as arson.

This is a serious offence and officers are conducting a thorough investigation.
