Arson suspected following fire in Totteridge Road, High Wycombe

A fire affecting a car and van in High Wycombe required the attention of firefighters during the late evening of Thursday 25th June 2020.

At 11.07pm firefighters were called to the incident in Totteridge Road, High Wycombe. One fire appliance with crew from High Wycombe fire station attended.

A hose reel, set of breathing apparatus and thermal imaging camera were used by the firefighters during the operation to extinguish the fire.

Both vehicles were severely damaged by smoke while the car was about 30% damaged by fire and the van was about 20% damaged by fire.

The suspected cause of the fire is believed to be arson.
