New Open Art exhibition at Discover Bucks Museum

Professional and amateur artists and craftspeople based in Buckinghamshire are being invited to enter an exciting new Open Art exhibition at Discover Bucks Museum.

The exhibition is open to adult artists based in Buckinghamshire and it will showcase the wide-ranging creative talent that exists locally. The timing means that it also provides a wonderful opportunity to promote artists exhibiting in Bucks Open Studios 2023 and other Buckinghamshire based shows.

The exhibition will run from Saturday 29th April 2023 to Saturday 8th July 2023 in the Museum’s beautiful art gallery.

Work for the exhibition will be selected and a panel will judge the final show awarding a first prize of £250, second prize of £100 and third prize of £75. A People’s Choice award of £100 will be voted for by visitors during the exhibition and awarded at the end.

Accepted categories for this show are painting, printmaking, drawing, sculpture, ceramics, textiles, glass, photography and mixed media.

Artists can enter up to three pieces of work and work can be for sale.
