Jessops store in High Wycombe closes

The Jessops store in High Wycombe has closed.

A printed message has been placed in the window of Jessops former premises in the Eden Centre, High Wycombe advising shoppers to visit the Jessops website to find their nearest branch while the High Wycombe store in now empty having been cleared of goods for sale. The message in the store window also gives advice regarding cameras that have been handed into the shop for repair.

The page on the Jessops website that previously gave details of the Wycombe store ( https://www.jessops.com/store-finder/high-wycombe ) now redirects to a “404 Not Found” error page.

It is not clear exactly why the store closed however in October 2019 it was widely reported in the national media that the Jessops chain was experiencing financial difficulties and that some stores may close as a result.

The head office of Jessops Europe Ltd is located in Marlow, Buckinghamshire.
