Roadworks in Buckinghamshire for the week ahead – Monday 1st July 2024
Week commencing Monday 1st July 2024 roadworks are scheduled to take place at the following locations in Buckinghamshire.
The works are part of a rolling programme. As some activities are weather dependent the dates may change at short notice.
Conventional Resurfacing Works
Vine Road, Stoke Poges : Thursday 27 June 2024 to Wednesday 3rd July 2024 – Conventional resurfacing works using a road closure in operation 8.00am to 5.00pm.
Church Street and School Hill, North Marston : Monday 1st July 2024 to Thursday 4th July 2024 – Conventional resurfacing works using a road closure in operation 9.30am to 3.00pm.
Barleyfields, Wooburn Moor : Wednesday 3rd July 2024 to Thursday 4th July 2024 – Conventional resurfacing works using a road closure in operation 8.00am to 5.00pm.
Chiltern Court, Winslow : Friday 5th July 2024 – Conventional resurfacing works using a road closure in operation 8.00am to 5.00pm.
Beechwood Road, West Wycombe : Thursday 4th July 2024 to Friday 5th July 2024 – Conventional resurfacing works using a road closure in operation 8.00am to 5.00pm.
Coring Investigation Works
Winchendon Road, Ashendon : Monday 1st July 2024 to Friday 5th July 2024 – Coring Investigation Works using a combination of a road closure and 2 way stop and go traffic management in operation 8.00am to 5.00pm.
Plane and Patch Works
Heath End Road, Flackwell Heath : Monday 1st July 2024 to Thursday 4th July 2024 – Plane and Patch works using a road closure in operation 8.00pm to 6.00am.
College Road North, Aston Clinton : Wednesday 3rd July 2024 to Thursday 4th July 2024 – Plane and Patch works using a road closure in operation 8.00pm to 6.00am.
Sheepridge Lane, Flackwell Heath : Thursday 4th July 2024 to Friday 5th July 2024 – Plane and Patch works using a road closure in operation 8.00pm to 6.00am.
Samian Way, Aston Clinton : Friday 28th June 2024 to 2nd July 2024 – Plane and Patching works using a road closure in operation 8.00pm to 6.00am. No weekend working.
Sheepridge Lane, Flackwell Heath : Thursday 4th July 2024 to Friday 5th July 2024 – Tree works using a road closure in operation 10.00am to 4.00pm. The road will reopen from 4pm and will close again at 8.00pm for the plane and patching works. Plane and Patch works using a road closure in operation 8.00pm to 6.00am.
Footway Works
Market Hill, Buckingham : Wednesday 3rd July 2024 to Friday 12th July 2024 – No weekend working. No works to be carried out on Tuesday 09 July 2024 (Market Day) Completion of Phase 2. Installation of York stone paving and carriageway blocks using a road closure in operation 9.30am to 3.30pm.
Drainage Works
Five Points Roundabout, Iver : Monday 1st July 2024 to Friday 5th July 2024 – Further root cutting and pipe fixing prior to drainage improvement scheme starting. Traffic lights in operation 8.00am to 8.00pm.
Traffic Calming Works
London Road, Aston Clinton : Tuesday 2nd April 2024 to Tuesday 20th August 2024 – Traffic Calming works using a combination of both two – way and three – way temporary traffic lights in operation between 8.00am to 5.00pm.
Structure Works
A40 Abbey Way Elevated Road / Eden Centre – Mitigation Works – Package 2 for combined 4 Units – Clarks, Warren James, Supercuts and Card Factory : Week Commencing Monday 1st July 2024 to Friday 2nd August 2024 – Localise carriageway repairs including waterproofing and gully work over the structure to prevent further seepage / leakage to shops below. Works to be carried out behind existing red / white traffic protection barrier between 7.30am to 5.30pm.
