Firefighters called to a garden fire in Kitchener Road, High Wycombe

At 6.14am on Friday 1st May 2026 firefighters were called to Kitchener Road, High Wycombe.

Two crews from High Wycombe fire station attended an incident of a garden fire involving refuse, which had spread to two garden sheds at neighbouring properties.

Crews used two hose reel jets and one set of breathing apparatus to bring the fire under control. A small propane cylinder involved in the incident was safely cooled.

The firefighters remained on scene for a considerable time damping down and ensuring the area was made safe.
