Cat rescued by firefighters in Beaconsfield

At 1.43pm on Sunday 8th March 2026 firefighters were called to Burgess Wood Road South, Beaconsfield to rescue a cat.

One crew from Beaconsfield fire station and one from High Wycombe fire station attended the incident.

During the rescue operation the firefighters used a turntable ladder, working at height gear and a 10.5 metre ladder.

The cat was rescued from the roof, uninjured and was passed into the care of its owners.
