At about 8.30pm on Saturday, 15th February 2014, a man was seen with a ladder to the rear of a property in Chalkshire Road, Butlers Cross, Buckinghamshire.
The man was spotted by an occupant at the address and ran off. It is believed the man was attempting to see into the bedroom of a female living at the house.
The offender was described as white, in his thirties, of medium build and around 5ft 9ins with a stocky face. He was wearing dark clothing and a dark beanie hat.
It is believed the suspect may have been in the vicinity for some time and may have parked a vehicle close by which would have been left unattended.
