Fatal accident in Amersham – Witness appeal launched

An appeal for witnesses has been launched by Thames Valley Police following a fatal accident on Rectory Hill, Amersham on Friday 23rd May 2014.

The accident happened at around 6.00pm when a grey Honda S2000 was travelling on Rectory Hill towards Amersham from the Old Town when it left the road and collided with a tree. The Honda was subsequently was in collision with a grey Vauxhall Corsa.

The 21 year old man driving the Honda died at the scene. The driver of the Corsa was uninjured.

Police are appealing for anyone with any information about this incident or who may have witnessed the collision to contact the Amersham Roads Policing Team via the 24-hour Police Enquiry Centre on 101.
