Man assaulted in Penn Road, Aylesbury – Victim sustained serious injuries to hand and shoulder

At 12.15am on Wednesday 18th June 2014 a 22 year old man was assaulted near the train station bridge in the Penn Road area of Aylesbury.

It is believed that a knife was used during the assault. The victim sustained serious injuries to his hand and shoulder which required treatment at Stoke Mandeville Hospital, however he has since been discharged.

All of the offenders are believed to be boys, black and aged approximately 16 to 20 years of age.

Thames Valley Police are appealing for anyone who saw suspiciously activity in the area at the time of the offence, or if you have any information which could assist their enquiries to please call the 24-hour Thames Valley Police enquiry centre on 101.
