Chiltern Railways tops satisfaction table
Chiltern Railways have been announced as being the UK’s highest rated Department for Transport franchised operator according to the latest National Rail Passenger Survey conducted by Passenger Focus.
The survey which is one of the world’s largest published passenger satisfaction reports explores overall satisfaction, plus satisfaction with the station and train, and over 30 specific aspects of service.
In addition to the overall position, we were also the UK’s top Department for Transport franchise in the following areas:
- No. 1 for satisfaction with stations.
- No. 1 for satisfaction with trains.
- No. 1 for the attitude and helpfulness of station staff
- No.1 for car parking
