Man arrested on suspicion of driving offences – Iver

On Thursday 31st July 2014 a 24-year-old man from Slough was arrested by Thames Valley Police on suspicion of driving offences in Iver.

The man was arrested on suspicion of causing serious injury by dangerous driving, driving while disqualified, being the driver of a vehicle which failed to stop after a road accident, being the driver of a vehicle involved in a road accident who failed to report that accident, using a motor vehicle on a road/public place without third party insurance and fraud by false representation.

The arrest follows an incident on 14th June 2014 when a blue Volkswagen Golf was involved in a collision with a cyclist in Langley Park Road, Iver. The vehicle then left the scene.

The man arrested has been bailed until 29th September 2014 pending further enquires.
