Appeal for witnesses after attempted burglary in Swift Close, Aylesbury
An appeal for witnesses has been launched by Thames Valley Police following an attempted burglary at a property in Swift Close, Aylesbury.
At 4.20am on the morning of Friday 12th September 2014 the home owner was woken by a noise coming from the first floor bathroom window. He went to investigate and saw a pair of hands on the windowsill trying to climb up.
The man dropped to the ground and ran off in the direction of Swan Close.
The offender was a well built white man, aged between 18 and 25 years. He was wearing a dark T-shirt and shorts with white socks and dark shoes.
Anyone with any information should contact Det Con Bruce Wilson from Aylesbury police station via the Thames Valley Police Enquiry Centre on 101.
