Application submitted to change Cressex betting shop into Tanning & Beauty Salon

A planning application has been submitted to change the use of the property at 196 Cressex Road, High Wycombe, currently a branch of Coral bookmakers, from a betting shop (A2) to Tanning & Beauty Salon (SuiGeneris).

The application was received by Wycombe District Council on Thursday 16th October 2014 and is currently pending consideration.

Formerly the property was a Post Office before becoming a bookmakers, the proposed Tanning & Beauty Salon is expected to create two full time and two part time jobs.
