Listed building planning application to replace shop front at 11 High Street, Marlow

A listed building planing application has been made to Wycombe District Council by Clarendon Fine Art to replace the shop front and install one non-illuminated fascia sign at 11 High Street, Marlow.

The proposed new shop from will be made of timber and painted with pitch black eggshell paint.

Situated on the North-East side of Marlow High Street the premises attained Grade II listed status on 31st January 1974.

The planning application, reference 14/07812/LBC, was submitted to Wycombe District Council on Friday 31st October 2014. A determination deadline has been set as Monday 29th December 2014.
