Student studying animation and visual effects at Amersham & Wycombe College have been given the opportunity to create a new Aston Martin sports car concept in conjunction with the local dealership Stratsone Aston Martin, Amersham.
Over 30 students visited the dealership this afternoon to get the brief from Andy Haslam, Aston Martin UK Sales Manager and to see the concept car created by the company for the latest Gran Turismo game for the Playstation.
Aston Martin decided to create a full-sized model of the DP-100 Vision from their visualisations which is now touring Aston Martin dealerships.
Students have two weeks to turn their thoughts for a modern super car into a meaningful design. The designer of the winning concept will get the opportunity to visit the Aston Martin factory as part of a special VIP day.
