Theives break into vehicle in Winchmore Hill, Penn

A vehicle was broken into on The Common, Winchmore Hill between 8.30pm and 9.30pm on Thursday 13th November 2014.

Offenders gained entry to the vehicle by smashing the rear windscreen. Several bags were taken from the boot.
