Police appeal for witnesses following burglary and attempted burglary in Marlow

A witness appeal has been launched by Thames Valley Police following a burglary and attempted burglary in Marlow on Monday 5th January 2015.

The attempted burglary took place at about 5.20am on Monday 5th January 2015 in Station Road. An offender or offenders attempted to gain entry via a bathroom window.

A burglary then took place in Beaumont Rise at about 5.30am the same day, Monday 5th January 2015 when an offender or offenders gained entry via a rear French door. An acoustic guitar, cash and personal effects, including bank cards, were taken.

Thames Valley Police believe the two incidents are linked and are appealing for anyone with information about these incidents to contact investigating officer PC David Cannon, from High Wycombe Local Area CID, via the 24-hour enquiry line 101.
