Road surfacing works planned from 6th to 12th February 2015
Despite the bad weather and snowfall during the past week Transport for Buckinghamshire (TfB) crews repaired 287 potholes during the last week and emptied 728 gullies.
The pothole repair crews are made up of the same guys who grit the County’s roads during the night meaning that the whole TfB operational division has been working extra hard during the past week.
During the next week the TfB road patching programme will be visiting the following locations:
Georges Hill, Widmer End : Monday 9th February – Wednesday 11th February 2015
Church End, Drayton Parslow : Tuesday 10th February 2015
Studley Road, Boarstall : Wednesday 11th February 2015
Stoke Road, Drayton Parslow : Wednesday 11th February 2015
Cockpit Road, Great Kingshill : Thursday 12th February 2015
Glennister Road, Chesham : Thursday 12th February – Friday 13th February 2015
Oak View, Great Kingshill : Friday 13th February 2015
Raans Road, Amersham : Saturday 14th February – Sunday 15th February 2015
The TfB variable lighting scheme in continuing to replace traditional street lamps with more modern efficient LED lamps. Currently TfB are working through a programme which will be complete by March 2015. During the next week the following places will receive a visit from TfB engineers to exchange the lamps:
