Sir William Ramsay School in Rose Avenue, Hazlemere announces proposal to expand

The Sir William Ramsay School in Rose Avenue, Hazlemere has announced plans to expand the school by 150 extra places.

If approved the expansion would bring the number of pupils at the school to nearly 1,000. The proposed plan would add an additional 30 students each year across the next five years giving a total increase of 150 students across the schools 11 to 16 year old provision by September 2019.

From September 2015 the proposal would see the school admit an additional form of entry of up to 30 Year 7 students. To achieve this improvements would need to be made to the existing school buildings.
