Car caught fire on the M40

On Monday 23rd march 2015 a car caught fire on the Southbound carriageway of the M40 between Junction 3 (Loudwater) and Junction 2 (Beaconsfield).

Firefighters were called at 10.37am, one fire appliance with crew attended the incident from Beaconsfield fire station.

One hose reel and two sets of breathing apparatus were used by firefighters during the operation to extinguish the fire.
