Man, 28, charged after head butting police vehicle then defecating in another

A 28 year old man formerly of Crest Road, High Wycombe was arrested on Tuesday 15th April 2015 and charged on Wednesday 16th April 2015 with three counts of assaulting a constable in the execution of his or her duty and two counts of criminal damage to a police vehicle.

The charges relate to an incident that occurred between 12.30am and 1.00am on on Tuesday 15th April 2015 at the YMCA in Crest Road, High Wycombe.

During the incident a police vehicle was damaged when someone head butted it and further damage was caused when someone defecated in a police vehicle during transport to custody. In addition three police officers were assaulted as someone spat at them.

The man has been bailed to appear at High Wycombe Magistrates’ Court on Thursday 14th May 2015.
