On Tuesday 12th May 2015, the weekly Vintage and Craft Bazaar that takes place in Aylesbury Market Square will be joined by a brand new ‘Green Fingers’ gardening event.

The Green Fingers event, which will take place for one day only, promises a great day out where horticulturists old and new can enjoy a celebration of gardens, gardening and gardeners.

Garden centres, local flower and gardening groups will be coming along to join in, sell items and give talks. There will be lots to browse for both experienced gardeners and those new to the world of gardening.

Since launch in May 2014 the popular weekly Vintage and Craft Bazaar and has gone from strength to strength and features a wide range of hand-crafted items, antiques, vintage and retro items and collectables.

Aylesbury Town Centre Manager, Diana Fawcett, said: ‘It’s the perfect time of year to get inspiration for your summer planting, talk to experts and browse the hidden gems at the Vintage and Craft Bazaar. Whilst here, why not meet friends and enjoy a coffee at our local artisan coffee stall on the beautiful historic cobbles?
