Three men charged following robbery in Roberts Road, High Wycombe

Three men have been charged following a robbery that occurred at 10.30pm on Saturday 16th May 2015 at Today’s Local (Newsagents), Roberts Road, High Wycombe in High Wycombe.

A 36 year old man from Rutland Avenue, High Wycombe and a 37 year old man from Mentmore Close, High Wycombe were both arrested and charged on Thursday 21st May 2015 with joint enterprise robbery and possession of an imitation firearm whilst carrying out a schedule one offence (robbery).

A 19 year old man from Gomm Place, High Wycombe was arrested and charged on Friday 22nd May 2015 with joint enterprise robbery and possession of an imitation firearm whilst carrying out a schedule one offence (robbery).

The charges relate to an incident that occurred on Saturday 16th May 2015 at 10.30pm at Today’s Local (Newsagents), Roberts Road, High Wycombe, when three males entered the newsagents whilst wielding a firearm. They stole £100 before making off.

The 36 year old and 37 year old both appeared at High Wycombe Magistrates’ Court on Friday 22nd May 2015 while the 19 year old was remanded in custody to appear at the same court on Saturday 23rd May 2015.
