Firefighters attended cooker fire in Chesham

A cooker fire at a property in Sunnyside Road, Chesham required the attention of firefighters at 8.23pm n Tuesday 30th June 2015.

One fire appliance with crew attended from Chesham fire station as well as one from Amersham fire station.

A dry powder extinguisher and thermal imaging camera were used during the operation to extinguish the fire.

The firefighters isolated the gas and electricity and carried out a home fire risk check.
