On Saturday 12th September 2015 Wycombe Wanderers suffered a shock defeat at the hands of Plymouth Argyle.
Reuben Reid showed that Plymouth meant business with a goal after just four minutes. Wycombe equalled the scores in the twelfth minute with a goal from Jason Banton.
In the thirty second minute Jake Jervis scored a second goal for Plymouth. Wycombe were unable to respond and lost the match, the points, their unbeaten record in 2015 League games and slipped from the automatic promotion positions at the top of League Two.
Wycombe managed nine shots at goal (two on target) however Plymouth managed ten shots at goal (four on target). With 53% possession Plymouth were by far the more dominant team as was showed by the final result.
The match saw twenty one fouls, eight by Wycombe players and thirteen by Plymouth.
Wycombe now find themselves in fourth place in League Two with fourteen points from seven games.
The attendance at Adams Park was 4,223 (777 from Plymouth Argyle).
