European premier of Qissa Panjab to be screened at Cineworld, High Wycombe as part of the Fisheye Film Festival 2015
The European premier of the film Qissa Panjab will be screened at Cineworld in the Eden Centre, High Wycombe at 8.30pm on Friday 9th October 2015.
Produced by Annu Bains and directed by Jatinder Mauhar the film dwells on the socio economic conditions in Punjab and its youth. It touches upon drug abuse, alcoholism and the quest of the Punjabi youth to go abroad among other sensitive issues. The film focusses on the lives of six young people their hopes, dreams and aspirations and the choices they make to achieve them.
The screening is part of the 2015 Fisheye film festival which is taking place in the Wycombe District until Saturday 10th October 2015.
