Man, 31, charged with causing death by dangerous driving following fatal collision in Downley

Thames Valley Police have charged a 31 year old man with one count of causing death by dangerous driving in connection with a fatal collision that occurred in Plomer Green Lane, Downley on Monday 4th May 2015.

The man, of Parsonage Close, High Wycombe, was charged on Monday 19th October 2015.

The charge is in connection with a collision that occurred on Monday 4th May 2015 in which a Volkswagen Golf collided with a flat bed lorry and a Citroen Berlingo in Plomer Green Lane, Downley.

A passenger in the Volkswagen Golf, 27 year old man from High Wycombe, was taken to the John Radcliffe Hospital where he died on the same day.

The charged man was bailed to appear at Wycombe Magistrates’ Court on Thursday 19th November 2015.
