Wooburn Festival presents a live acoustic double bill on Saturday 24th October 2015

On Saturday 24th October 2015 Jim Causley and Lee Rahn will perform at a Folk Supper, part of the 2015 Wooburn Festival.

Jim Causley is a five time nominee for the BBC Radio 2 Folk Award nominee and singer of the Year. Lee Rahn is a 23 year old Singer/Songwriter from Glastonbury, Somerset who is currently studying at the ICMP Music College in London and is already making waves on the folk scene.

The event will take place at the Royal British Legion, Queensmead Road, Loudwater, HP10 9TZ starting at 8:00pm. Tickets, which include a 2 course supper and bar, are priced at £18 ( Students £10).

The Wooburn Festival was originally conceived nearly 50 years ago by one of Britain’s leading orchestral conductors, the late Richard Hickox CBE.

Richard’s vision was to bring orchestras and musicians of international repute to the Chilterns and Thames Valley.

His objective was to encourage wider public access to affordable high quality music that was within easy reach of the local community.
