Woman walking a dog sexually assaulted in Totteridge

Between 4.00pm and 4.20pm on Monday 9th November 2015 a woman was walking her dog when she was approached by a man on The Green, Totteridge Lane, High Wycombe between Amersham Road and Tyzack Road.

The man sexually assaulted the woman by touching her inappropriately over clothing before running off.

The offender is described as Asian, about 16 or 17 years old and 5ft 6ins to 5ft 7ins. He had black hair spiked on top from the front to back like a small Mohican. He had braces on his teeth, was wearing a black sweat top with a white Puma symbol on the left, black tracksuit bottoms and black and white trainers.  He spoke with a local accent.

Thames Valley Police are appealing for anyone with information on the incident that could help with their enquiries to contact PC Claire Philpott via the 24-hour Thames Valley Police enquiry centre on 101.
