Developer to hold public consultation on proposed Wilton Park housing development

| December 4, 2015
The developer planning to construct 350 homes at Wilton Park, the former Ministry of Defence site in Beaconsfield, is holding a public consultation on Friday 4th December 2015 and Saturday 5th December 2015.

The consultation event will be held from 2.00pm to 8.00pm at the Council Chamber in Beaconsfield Town Hall on Friday 4th December 2015 and from 11.00am to 4.00pm on Saturday 5th December 2015.

In a statement Inland Homes said: ‘Inland Homes would like to invite you to a public consultation on the redevelopment of Wilton Park on Friday, December 4 and Saturday, December 5. In 2013, we asked the local community to give us their thoughts on future development at Wilton Park.

This feedback informed a Development Brief which provides clear guidelines for any development at Wilton Park and was formally adopted by South Bucks District Council in March 2015.

The next stage is to prepare an outline application, which will provide more detail on the development and the contribution it will make to the local community.

South Bucks District Council has already given Inland Homes permission to construct a new road from the A40 Pyebush Roundabout to Wilton Park  to allow access to and from the site.
