Thousands of people enjoy the Beaconsfield Festival of Lights 2015
Beaconsfield town centre was filled with thousands of people on the evening of Wednesday 9th December 2015 for the annual Featival of Lights.
More than 4,500 people are estimated to have attended the event which featured a fun fair, musical performances, a laser light show, a visit from Father Christmas and late night shopping.
More than 300 children took part in a lantern procession through the streets of Beaconsfield.
Organised by the Beaconsfield Rotary Club the event is sponsored by a variety of the town’s businesses. The money raised goes to different local good causes.
Groups who have benefited from the money raised at the Beaconsfield Festival of Lights in recent years have included the Alzheimer’s Society, the South Bucks Hospice and St John Ambulance.
