Man sustains stab wound following incident in High Wycombe

On Saturday 19th December 2015, at around 12.15am, police were called to an incident at the junction of Abercromby Avenue and Lindsay Avenue.

A man in his 50s, the victim, appeared to have sustained a single stab wound to his abdomen. The man was taken to hospital but his injuries are not thought to be life threatening.

Det Con Addison from Force CID High Wycombe, said: ‘I am appealing for anyone who may have any information about this incident to make contact with the police. We believe this is an isolated incident.

Thames Police are appealing for anyone who saw anything suspicious in the area around this time or witnessed the incident to please contact investigating officer, Det Con Addison by calling the Thames Valley Police Enquiry Centre on 101.
