Man, 20, charged after car collided with a lamp post, church gates and wall

A 20 year old man has been charged by Thames Valley Police in connection with a collision which occurred at 4.50am on Saturday 30th January 2016 in Rutland Avenue, High Wycombe when a black Vauxhall Omega collided with a lamp post and church gates and wall.

The man, of Chairborough Road, High Wycombe has been charged with one count of driving without due care and attention, one count of failing to stop after a collision, one count of driving with no insurance and one count of driving otherwise than in accordance with a licence.

The man was arrested on Saturday 27th February 2016 and charged the same day. He has been bailed to appear at High Wycombe Magistrates’ Court on Monday 14th March 2016.
