The Connexions centre in Castle Street, High Wycombe will close on Thursday 24th March 2016.

Also closing will be the Connexions centre in Aylesbury. Both centres have been in existence for more than ten years.

Connexions is a service funded by Buckinghamshire County Council for young people who are already or at risk of becoming unemployed and not in education or training.

The closure follows a decision by Buckinghamshire County Council to more than halve the budget for 2016/17.

Following the closure of the two Connexions centres in High Wycombe and Aylesbury the Connexions name will be passed out the activities transferred to Adviza which is a non-profit organisation charity.

Young people will continue to get help from Adviza at libraries, job centres, coffee shops and even at home.

Further information on Adviza can be found on the Adviza website.
