Girls only swimming lessons to be held in private will soon be starting in Aylesbury as part of an exiting new ‘Active Vale’ programme of activities run by Aylesbury Vale District Council in association with Sport England.

Designed to help ladies across the Vale have fun whilst getting fit the regular lessons for girls aged 14 and over will be starting at Green Park Centre from Saturday 16th April 2016 between 3.30pm and 4.30pm and at Booker Park School from Wednesday 20th April 2016 from 8.00pm to 9.00pm.

The unique environment will give girls who may not have the courage or opportunity to learn to swim the chance to improve their water confidence and skills.

Because many girls prefer to cover up for religious reasons the girls-only swimming lessons are also a great way to learn to swim within these needs.

Lessons cost £5 each or £48 for a 12 week block.
