Aylesbury Adult and Community Healthcare Team (ACHT) short listed for the 2016 Bucks County Council Dignity awards

The Aylesbury Adult and Community Healthcare Team (ACHT), part of the Buckinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust, have been short listed in the health category of the 2016 Bucks County Council Dignity Awards.

Public voting, which runs until 12.00pm on Thursday 14th April 2016, has now opened. The organisations that have been short listed and information on how to vote can be found on the Dignity Awards section of the Buckinghamshire Council website.

The votes cast by the public will count towards the final vote from the audience on the day of awards ceremony event which takes place in Aylesbury on Friday 15th April 2016.
