25ft boat containing a quantity of fuel started sinking on River Thames at Marlow

At 5.48pm on Thursday 7th April 2016 firefighters were called to Marlow Slipway, St Peter Street, Marlow after a 25ft boat containing a quantity of fuel started sinking on River Thames.

Two fire appliances with crews attended from High Wycombe fire station, one from Marlow fire station and one from Maidenhead fire station attended as well as the Water Rescue Unit from Beaconsfield fire station. An officer also attended too.

The firefighters pumped water from the boat and it was removed from the river.
