Girl, 15, sexually assaulted while boarding bus at the Eden Bus Station, High Wycombe

On Tuesday 5th April 2016, at around 4.00pm, a 15 year old girl was as the Eden Bus Station in High Wycombe waiting to board the number 800 bus.

A man told the girl that she could get on the bus first and he then touched her over her clothes. The victim went to sit down and put her headphones on however the man sat behind her and tried to engage her in conversation. The victim then got off the bus.

The offender is described as an Asian man in his late fifties, 5ft 8ins tall, wearing a blue jacket, black turban, trousers and a beard with sideburns poking out of the turban.

Thames Valley Police are appealing for information in relation to the incident as well as another incident, which the Police believe may be connected, that happened on Wednesday 6th April 2016, at around 5.20pm, in which a man started touching himself over his clothes in front of a 19 year old woman and 20 year old woman who were travelling on the number 74 bus to High Wycombe.

The offender in the second incident is described an Asian man, in his late fifties, 5ft 8ins tall. He was wearing blue jacket, navy trousers, coffee coloured turban, red/brown shoes and white mid length beard.

Investigating Officer, PC Jack Hockley based at High Wycombe police station, said: ‘We are appealing for anyone who might have information regarding these two incidents which at this stage we believe are connected.

Thames Valley Police are appealing from anyone who may have information about the incidents to please call the 24-hour Thames Valley Police enquiry centre on 101.
