A fatal road traffic collision occurred on the A404 Marlow Bypass at about 1.30pm on the afternoon of Monday 12th September 2016.
Three vehicles, all travelling on the southbound carriageway towards Marlow, were involved in the collision. The vehicles were a silver Honda Accord, a blue VW Beetle and a silver VW Sharan.
A 43 year old woman who was driving the VW Beetle was taken to the John Radcliffe Hospital in Oxford but sadly died of her injuries.
Investigating officer, PC Sandra Terry of the Serious Collision Investigation Unit, said ‘I want to hear from anyone who witnessed the collision or anyone who has any information about the collision, even if you think it be insignificant, to come forward.
