Man punched in the face during robbery in High Wycombe

A 23 year old man was punched in the face during a robbery in High Wycombe.

On Monday 10th October 2016, at about 5.45pm, a 23 year old man was walking along Birdcage Walk, High Wycombe when a man punched him in the face and stole his wallet.

The victim sustained minor injuries which did not require hospital treatment.

The offender is described as black, about 6ft 1ins, of slim build and in his twenties. He was wearing a sky blue Superdry hooded top with a white Superdry logo and was wearing dark blue loose fitting jeans.

Investigating officer PC Rosie Campbell, from Local CID based at High Wycombe police station, said: ‘We are conducting a full investigation into this offence and would like to speak to anyone who may have witnessed this incident or recognises the description of the offender.
