Transport for Buckinghamshire (TfB) have deployed their gritters for the first gritting run of winter 2016.
At 7.00pm on Tuesday 2nd November 2016 gritting commenced on both the North and South precautionary routes in Buckinghamshire.
The precautionary routes cover around 1,405km of road with a typical gritting run using 65 tonnes of salt (pre-wet mix) or 85 tonnes if used dry.
