Ashwells housing development exhibition attended by around 200 people

A series of public exhibitions held by Wycombe District Council on proposals to provide plots for approximately 125 homes on land at Ashwells was attended by around two hundred people.

During three public exhibitions held at Tylers Green Village Hall during November 2016 scores of residents commented on the plans to potentially provide serviced plots of land for house building, along with a hilltop park, on land at Ashwells.

Advised by Savills, the council is now busy reviewing some of the indicative design proposals in light of the feedback received from residents and stakeholders.

Early in the New Year, 2017, a full planning application is expected to be submitted by the council, as landowner. The application will be subject to the usual planning process.
