The Blues kept pressing but just before half-time, in the forty third minute, Crawley drew level when Joe McNerney headed home from very close range.
Throughout the start of the second half Wycombe were pressing for a second goal however despite their best efforts the goal failed to materialise.
Crawley increased their lead though a Josh Payne free kick which found the top left corner of the Wycombe goal in the eighty fourth minute of the match.
During the game Wycombe achieved 49% possession and made thirteen attempts on their opponents goal of which just three were on target. Crawley made eight attempts on the Wycombe goal of which three were on target. Thirty six fouls marred the game, twenty two by Wycombe players and fourteen by Crawley players.
As a result of today loss Wycombe slip further away from the play off positions to eleventh in League Two with forty six points from thirty three games.
The attendance at Adams Park was 3,206.
