Road surfacing works week commencing 13th Mar 2017

Week commencing Monday 13th March 2017 Transport for Buckinghamshire will be carrying out work at the following locations.

Footway programme

High Street/Market Square, Chesham : Monday 13th March 2017 to Friday 31st March 2017 – Daytime works upgrading the existing block paving along the eastern footway, along with the repair of localised drainage issues, the replacement of the existing drainage channel, and targeted tree maintenance work. This work requires localised footway closures and carriageway restrictions between 8.00am and 6.00pm.

Market Square, Aylesbury : Monday 13th March 2017 to Thursday 13th April 2017 – Daytime and night time targeted maintenance work to existing block paving in the carriageway and footways along with the repair of localised drainage issues and the removal of the rising bollard assembly, using localised footway closures and carriageway restrictions. Work within the carriageway will be restricted to night time working only, using road closures between 6.00pm and 6.00am. Daytime working on market days will be restricted to localised footway closures between 10.00am and 4.00pm.

Pevensey Close, Heath Close & Midhurst Close, Aylesbury : Monday 13th March 2017 to Wednesday 15th March 2017 – Preparatory daytime works in advance of headline treatment, using localised traffic management, between 7.00am and 7.00pm.

Beech Green, Aylesbury : Saturday 11th March 2017 to Friday 31st March 2017 – Daytime micro-surfacing treatment, using a road closure, between 8.00am and 5.00pm.

Elm Green, Aylesbury : Saturday 11th March 2017 to Friday 31st March 2017 – Daytime micro-surfacing treatment, using a road closure, between 8.00am and 5.00pm.

A413 Aylesbury Road, Rowsham (60mph terminal sign north of Rowsham to Wingrave Crossroads) : Monday 13th March 2017 to Tuesday 14th March 2017 – Off-peak daytime retexturing work using mobile ‘Stop & Go’ traffic management, between 9.30am and 3.30pm.

A413 Aylesbury Road, Rowsham – Hulcott to Rowsham : Tuesday 14th March 2017 to Thursday 16th March 2017 – Off-peak daytime retexturing work using mobile ‘Stop & Go’ traffic management, between 9.30am and 3.30pm.

Burnham Road, Beaconsfield  – Poyle Lane to Littleworth Lane : Thursday 16th March 2017 to Friday 17th March 2017 – Off-peak daytime retexturing work using mobile ‘Stop & Go’ traffic management, between 9.30am and 3.30pm.
